Maine Neurology accepts most insurance payment plans.
We request payment at the time of your appointment for services that are not covered by insurance. Your insurance company may also require you to pay a co-payment at the time of your appointment. When necessary, our staff will work closely with patients who require a payment plan.
If your insurance carrier requires authorization from your primary care provider, we will make every effort on your behalf to obtain that referral number. However, obtaining this referral is ultimately the patient's responsibility, and we may have to reschedule your appointment if we do not have appropriate referral information.
