John Kelly Sullivan, M.D. Neurology
Dr. Sullivan's special interests include the treatment of movement disorders (dystonia, spasticity and blepharospasm), peripheral nerve conditions (nerve injuries, peripheral neuropathy and post-polio syndrome) and general neurological diseases. He is a graduate of Georgetown University, receiving his medical degree from Georgetown University Medical School in 1976. He completed his internship and residency in neurology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Hanover, NH in 1980. Dr. Sullivan is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Neurology of University of Vermont College of Medicine.
Dr. Sullivan has been treating various neurologic problems with botulinum toxin (Botox) since 1993. He evaluates patients for and manages patients with spasticity utilizing the Intrathecal Baclofen Pump.
